    cardio after lifting???

    Good or bad?

    is doing cardio after a workout ok. i know its good to keep them 8 hours apart, but will their be any counter productivity if i do cardio right after.

    good idea

    actually doin 20 to 30min of LIGHT cardio right after weight training can be beneficial. Since all your other energy stores are depleted, all that's left to burn is fat. I train 4 times a week, heavy lifting, and after every workout i do light bicycle for about 20- 30 min. I maintain around 8 -9 % body fat
