99 Percent of those informercials look like Scams. But have anybody tried this thing or have any opinions on it. Obviously it wont automatically give you Abs. Diet and Cardio are what people always forget about when they want Abs. But anyways it looks like it would be a good full range Ab motion. Whats your opinion on it?

Best piece of exercise equipment ever, even more useful than the smith machine. I suggest you buy at least 2 of them just in case they stop making them. Britney Spears used the ab lounge exclusively for her recent smash hit MTV performance, you too can have a body like that if you buy the AB lounge today.

I know several people that have them and are very pleased with them...

That said, they don't have 6-packs. If you have $100 (at places like dicks/academy) to spend on an ab machine, go for it. If not, swiss balls work too and they're cheaper.
