    Wheat Bread

Will wheat bread make you fat? Also I've been eating the
wheat bread for tuna sandwichs with light mayo. Is the
wheat bread and light mayo okay? The mayo only containes
4 grams of fat per serving.

Regular wheat bread has a relatively high GI, but a better choice than white bread. 'Whole wheat' bread is a bit better still.

i don't know how you may respond to it... I eat it and dont gain fat whatsoever... and im bulking... while others tend to put on fat... I'm a meso so I gain easily... but I guess whole wheat or multigrain bread has no effect on me...

    I think...

If memory serves me correctly, I think that you would want to look for, "100% whole wheat" bread. That "100% whole wheat" is important, cause it means that it's the real deal holyfield, in that it's not going to be that high GI. Spread a little PB on it and my guess is that you got a very LOW GI snack...
