Cheat meals and sodium
Hey guys,
I like to have a cheat meal or two on the weekend and when I check my weight on Monday I might gain 2 - 3 pounds. It will normally take 2 or 3 days for this extra weight to come off.
Now I didn't cheat that much, so I am sure it is mostly water. I assume due to increased sodium intake.
Is this pretty normal?
