I am pissed!

I know getpinz has been a great service to tons of people, and always a great service to me.....but this time they have made me pissed!

I ordered 8 days ago or so and have gotten no order....it ushally arives prompt and i have ordered TONS of times from them so i ushally would have no worry.....

I sent them a nice email stating im not mad, I placed a order and wanted them to check up....

When contacting us, please include what is needed and
your ORDER ID #.

Ok well i did not keep the order ID because i figured I DIDNT NEED to with there prompt awesome service. I also thought maybe they could of been a little bit more nice and tried to freakin look into it....

I sent them a email stating what i ordered and if they could please do something about it..... i get this

We need the ORDER ID # to locate your order.

So now i have 27 dollars charged onto my credit card no pinz, and its almost the 9th day shipped prority??? What the hell?? They should at least try to do something about it for me god....

dont know what to say bro, i have never had any issues with GPZ in the past and I have ordered from them many times. The last week there have been a couple people complaining about their service. I wonder what is going on with him.

yeah there emails arent very nice...... and im upset with them, i sure hope they fix my problem.....im ushally someone that doesnt complain also....
I sent them a copy of what got charged onto my debit/credit card and i hope they can do something with that!

Send them this link and tell them if you don't get you're order you'll be posting on about ten more BB boards and you'll notify the credit card company that you're disputing the charges. I normally try to work things out but I got screwed on some vials and they never resent them like they said they would, so stick in and break it off.

There's no reason to be making any threats.

That charge info does nothing for us.

If you don't have your ORDER ID # (it was sent to you
in an e-mail), we need the exact shipping info used on
the order.

* i had to delete the e-mail because I have so many emails sent to me a day and i thought Getpinz was so good that I did not need to keep an email of theres......i use to love these guys 2-3 day shipping and it would be here..... I sent my charge info they dont care, i guess im not getting any pins from them cause i dont have the ORDER ID#.....And they cant look it up or even offer to send me a replacement.....o well i guess im 27 dollars down....i also have sent them the my info mutiple times.....looks like im getting nothing

Talk to your credit card company and file a dispute/charge back on the charges. Then tell GPZ you did this to see if it will hussle them up. You can always cancel the charge back.

Well I heard its illegal to charge a credit card without sending the product first....so we will have to see whats up

Thats so strange, in the past whenever I have dealt with GPZ they were very helpful and were always on point with when the pins would be delivered. Maybe under new management?

I was trying to find the discount code for this month. I think I deleted it, but I'm sure it was MAY2005
When you register an account with them, they will e-mail you each month and let you know the code.
It covers the priority shipping cost! So, you just pay for your stuff.

I'm sure they will get their **** together soon. They are probably the most used site for ordering pinz and i'm sure they'd like to keep it that way.

yea they are not very perfessional it seems, if they cant treat u with respect then they dont need your money, let alone ours, bbdb is agood guy so if he swiching then im going somewhere else too, this is the only way getpinz will get there act together, its called tough love, and if we gotta do it we gotta do it.

why haven't you done this yet then? stop fixating on the id number and give them the other info that will help you out.

sometimes orders get lost between packing and shipping them out. it happens and GPZ is a VERY high volume service these days. some people are bound to have delays when it's only a couple people doing the work.

I have gave them my info in basically every email that is the first email he sent with that and i sent info again, i will see what happens next.
