week1:40mg Nolvadex, 1000mg milk thistle
week2-3:20mg Nolvadex, 1000mg milk thistle
i also will take animal stak everyday, and 100% whey protein shakes of course, but would yall recomend 600mg-300mg 6oxo everyday during pct or not
