First in! Good stuff man.
Question though.. reason you only take Cell-Mass on off days? I've used in the past with good success, always immediately PWO. I'm not too familar with Torrent so maybe there's a reason you do this. And what's Zero Impact all about?

Thanks for subscribing!
About my supplements:
Cell-Mass: I take cell-mass on my off days as my source of creatine... Most people I've seen just take creatine monohydrate on off-days, but I wanted to try a CEE on off days...
Torrent: Torrent is a PWO shake... It has approx 3 g of creatine, 8 grams of Leucine, some other aminos, some WMS, 20g of protein, and is 302 calories per serving...
Zero Impact: Zero Impact is a micellear casein shake...

No problems... However, I always use dip bars that have the bars WIDELY spaced apart... Not these narrow onces you find at some gyms... Narrowly spaced bars do hurt my elbows, wrists, and shoulders, so I refuse to use them...
Also, I use thick pads on my hands when doing weighted dips as it eases the pressure on the palm and wrist...
I will post a vid this weekend of weighted girondas... You'll be able to see the pads I use, the bar width, and how the weight belt hangs...

I just could not do the gironda dips with the narrow bars I have at my house it put way to much pressure on my wrists. The exercise does hit the chest very effectively.
Subbed.

Back/Bi day - Lots of exercises, low sets
Weighted Chins:
Sets 1-4
45lbX1 rep supinated grip
45lbX1 rep mixed grip (left hand supinated, right hand pronated)
45lbX1 rep mixed grip (left hand pronated, right hand supinated)
45lbX1 rep pronated grip
45lbX1 rep hammer grip
So, each set was 5 consecutive reps, each rep with a different grip
Sets 5-8
25lbX1 rep supinated grip
25lbX1 rep mixed grip (left hand supinated, right hand pronated)
25lbX1 rep mixed grip (left hand pronated, right hand supinated)
25lbX1 rep pronated grip
25lbX1 rep hammer grip
Again, each set was 5 consecutive reps, each rep with a different grip
40 reps total weighted chins across 8 sets
Subscapularis pull-ups
BWX5 rep
BWX5 rep
Yates Rows
185X10
185X10
Bent-Over Rows
155X10
155X10
Pendlay Rows
135X8
Preacher Curl (straight bar)
80X6
80X6
Standing barbell curl
80X8
HS Row
180lbsX10
180lbsX10
HS High Row
270lbsX6
180lbsX10
Rope Curls
X10
X8
X6
Seated Rope Pulls to the face
X10
X8
Poliquin "Papi" Chins (Supinated Grip) (Roughly 1010 Tempo)
X3
OK, so today I decided to mix it up a bit and do lots of exercises, with lower sets (1-3 sets per exercise)... I'm getting pretty close to my goal of a 100lbX1 weighted chin (supinated grip) and wanted to mix things up this workout...
Also, today was my first day taking dat dere Nano Vapor... I took 1 full scoop and didn't feel any of the common side effects (stomach problems etc...) I did feel a little bit of the caffeine and a slightly bigger pump, but nothing like NO Shotgun... Anyway, I'm going to do a full month of this stuff regardless...
All in all I felt it was a decent workout... Again, I was a little rushed today because of a dinner commitment, but I still think it was a good workout...

Ya, I totally know what you are saying about the narrow grip... I can't even do bodyweight girondas, on narrow bars, just too unnatural...

No swinging at all... BUT, I did a pretty slow tempo with pauses... Maybe something like a 2132 or 2133... So, 2 seconds up, 1 second pause at the top, 3 seconds down, 2-3 seconds to change grip... I'll tell ya though, my abs were hurting big time towards the end... (No crunches FTW , lol)
Hmmmm, the grip-changing technique would probably kick ass on BB shrugs or BB rows...
