jst wodering for those of you who use olympic lifts in your routine what day of your split you put them on. It seems to me the use all muscles so i donno, got any ideas?

Yes they can... they can also increase more then just that. Check out the article i wrote.. u might find it interesting.. its at Www.nautralmuscleinc.com.. go to articles mine are the ones that say "Inside" and "outside"
