MuscleTech: 100 Days - The Quest for Mass!
This is my first log, and at that a MuscleTech Log.
Why MuscleTech?
I like the products and wanted to give an honest review as I use them.
Why 100 days?
Most people do 90 days. Jan 1st 2008 this log will be finished. I thought it would be ironic if the last day of this log is when most people start a New Years resolution. Sept 24th-Jan 1st is 100 Days.
This is where I am at with my training:
I started in Feb 2007, my weight was 235 lbs at a bodyfat of 22%.
I made good progress until July 2007 when I injured my hand.
Unfortunately I had to take a few months off.
During those months I still lost weight(fat and a lot of hard earned muscle).
Starting in September, I went back to the gym. My weight was now 200lbs.
So far I've lost 35 lbs, now I want to increase lean muscle mass.
After two weeks of "warming up", I am almost ready for my full, heavy routine.
I will update this log daily. It will be running behind one day so I can be as accurate as possible. My diet, supps, training and stress will be documented.
On the 15th of Oct, Nov, and Dec: Pictures and stats will be updated.
Final pics and stats will be posted on Jan 2, 2008!

The MuscleTech supplements I'll be stacking are:
Nitro-Tech Hardcore 4lbs vanilla
Cell-Tech Hardcore 6.7lbs grape
Leukic
naNo Vapor
This log is not sponsored (so far).
I am not taking everything at once.
I started the Nitro-Tech First week.
Last week I started with the Cell-Tech.
This week I will start using Leukic, and next week the naNo Vapor.
By next week I will be using all supps at the same time.

good luck train hard and eat well you aint gonna gain what MT claims, but you will gain something vs not having them.

I consider this a bulk, but I will be eating clean.
Everyday I will be listing what and when I eat(on the following day).
Today September 24th is Day One.
But Day One will be posted tomorrow.
It's running 1 day behind(get it?)
My routine for this week should be:
Mon- shoulders, calves, cardio
Tue- back, abs
Wed- chest, cardio
Thur- rest
Fri- arms, abs, cardio
Sat- legs, calves
Let's see how it matches up at the end of the week.

Thank you, I am not putting any hopes on claims that marketing companies come up with.
I am putting stock in hard work and lots of food.
We'll see what the supps do.

thats alot of cell-tech for 100 days, ive tried the celltech original and hardcore with nitro-tech before. but how does the nitro-tech hardcore taste like

I've only tried the vanilla flavor. It tastes like a vanilla shake. It mixes very well. I find if you add just a little extra water, it mixes better.
Once you shake it up let it stand for a couple of minutes
(then there are no chunks waiting to surprise you!)
But I would say I enjoy the taste.

can you please post what your existing diet is (cals and macros) and, while I know you said you are going to post daily diet, can you please post forecasted cals and macros, as well as what your maintenance cals are?

Last week:
7am-wake up, 1 serving (2 scoups)
I do this before I drink my coffee because I've heard conflicting info on caffeine messing with creatine absorbtion.
I work out in the afternoon, so immediately after i am done I take another serving.
I did this for five days to load, I don't really like the loading phase.
It tastes like fruit punch...good.
It mixes well. I notice a little burn in my throat from the ALA but it's hardly noticeable.
People bitch about the dextrose in it. This amazes me because of the fact that you need it for proper absorbtion.
Forget the claims that marketing companies come up with.
There is real science behind the formula.
I seemed to be fuller and stronger, but that could be psychological.
we'll see this week.
This week I am only taking 1 serving after workout.
On rest days first thing in the morning.

I think it could be beneficial to take it before, or during.
But I will only take it after. (or first thing in the morning on rest days)
I'll start taking naNo Vapor next week, it has five different types of creatine in it. Also it's a pre-workout supp, so my creatine needs should be met during training.

Not familiar with leukic, but get a MRP shake for post workout drop the nano vapor if you want a chance are real results with there stuff man.
There has yet to be an individually sponsored and published scientific experiment stating NO products have ANY affect on the bodies' ability to build mass. Small increases in strength have been noted but nothing linking NO products to size gains.
NO products are completely unsuported by scientific fact.

Thanks for your input.
I've taken naNO Vapor before...It's not the NO properties that I like the most.
However the pumps are crazy, Micheal Jackson crazy.
naNO Vapor gives me great focus and energy, well at least it did.
I am not taking it until next week so we'll see.
I encourage you to keep following my log to see how I like/dislike the Vapor this time around.

As of now I am working out alone. I can't wait to get my workout partner back. I have a tendency to burn them out .
The best partner I've ever had is my girlfriend Krista.
She's a 20 year old nursing student finishing her final semester.
She's almost ready to join me again.

I felt absolutely Jacked today at the gym. I was pumped up.
It's all coming back again, I can't wait until Oct. 15th for updated pictures
and stats. I am in the process of detailing it now, but first...have to watch Heroes!

Just finished adding up todays food consumption:
Protein: 364.73g
Carbs: 335.82g
Fat: 53g
Cal Total is: 3,376.39
Spread out over 8 meals, I'll have the breakdowns ready by tomorrow.
