Hello all,
I'm going to get fit and I'm going to look sweet. Looks like a great community here, can't wait to get more active. Unfortunately, I'm going to start everything off with a question!
Been going to the gym all last week, basic treadmill, bike, rowing type work. I drink a good amount of water usually (about 3-4 litres a day sometimes 5 or so) so I'm not used to feeling dehydrated.
Anyway, during gym time I sometimes feel fairly dehydrated, dry mouth etc even though I've got my water bottle in constant contact with my mouth. Not a great fan of the sports drinks, so is there anything you can suggest that might help? Or am I just out of practice?
Any help appreciated!

Thanks for the reply.
I am most DEFIANTLY out of shape, I'm about 90-100 lbs more than I should be! I am trying to get that sorted out now then hopefully start building.
I just wasn't sure if feeling dehydrated was actually because I was or just because I haven't been doing any significant physical activity for so long.
