salt bad 2 weeks out

just wondering if having a little bit of salt on my egg whites is bad for me ive been doing it since 3 weeks ago for flavour should i cut it?

Your sodium should actually be high until a couple days prior to the show. High sodium and water intake helps to keep aldosterone (a hormone that makes you retain water) low. Then take them out prior to the show but before aldosterone levels have time to rise.

I don't think I could eat eggwhites without salt. I love me some salt! It's fine until the couple of days before the show.
