Hi, im 20 yrs old and i really want to lose my stomach. I am 6'2'' 245 right now with a decent size stomach on me. I want to cut up then bulk up and so on. I really dont know how to cut up. like what lifts to do, how many reps and sets to do. Also how many calories, protein, carbs, fats, should i be eating to get cut. and what are some good products out there that i can take to help me. I already went out and bought some hydroxycut to help. Thanks
