I have 2-3 servings a day.

4-6 servings, thinking about cutting back because I'm reading more and more that 1.5g/lb is better then 2g/lb

I usually only have actual protein powder at two shakes during the day. But I have other shakes that consist of things like tuna, so I'm not really counting them.

6 for me. I make shakes with 2 scoops and I have 3 a day. Try to have one after workout in morning. One between lunch and dinner and one at bed. It's expensive but it has been workin well for me.

I have 3 techically on work out days. 1 during my workout(isolate), one post, and one later in the day. On off days just 2.

Normally 1-2. If I am out of town or running for a while I'll bring a bottle of Shake N Go's with me, typically with 1\2 cup of oats thrown in.

I have 4 daily. 1 in the morning right when I wake up, 1 before work, one after work, one at night usually before sleep. On workout days I have the shake when I take it as if I just got off work.

only 2 flat out shakes, 1 pwo and 1 in the middle of night when i wake up to piss, but i incorporate protein powder into other meals such as in my cooked oatmeal, in my cottage cheese with pb, or my protein pudding (powder mixed with natty pb and minimal water)
