1. failing when I can't lift anymore. I hate that feeling, you keep telling your arm to work and it can't. lame.
2. taking a protein shake that has lumps because I can't be bothered with the mixing
3. the cost (for me protein comes at £16 for 2lb)
4. hiding it all from my parents
oh and eating healthy is hard but a rewarding test of will power

Those damn barbell shrugs, literally my forearms get more of a workout holding on to the weight than my traps do, time for straps.

you're 11yrs old...how many comps have you been in?
and wtf...you hate having your dad as a trainer...then dont train with your dad
you hate writing in a lifting log...then dont write in it.
The rest of those things come with the territory, but you can leave out the log and the trainer if it bothers you that much.

thats so cliche its insane. You also have the spelling attributes of a much older person than an 11yr old, which leads me to the 'troll' conclusion.

learn to love it, because its the major point of body building, if you hate lifting you're going to quit it pretty soon.

I love everything, even if i hate it i still love it. Knowing what im accomplishing and what Im getting out of it will always out weigh the "bad" things about lifting. If im in a bad mood, i lift, if Im having a rough day, I lift, if im not getting along with the gf, i lift, if Im fighting with friends or family, I lift. I honestly wouldnt know what to do without lifting, Id prolly be in a shrinks office right now, not kidding, considering I used to be before I started to lift.
Lifting has also helped shape my personality and mold me into the person I am today. Ive grown out of arrogance, ignorance, and am more respectable to those around me.
The truth be told, Ive learnt more, and more valueable things from spending time at the gym with weight in my hand, than Ill prolly learn in school.
I love everything about lifting, and I hope Ill never grow out of it. Lifting is my life, and it helps me get through those days.

omg sounds like my mum, every time i get sick (happens like 2-3times a year at most) she blames weights and says all that weight lifting isnt healthy. Also creatine and protein powders are devil materials
So lucky im not heaps young any more and i actually have a job, i remember how crap it was relying on your parents to buy the supplements when they completely refuses to read up on them and dissmissed them as rubbish haha... ahh being 14 sucked
