I just noticed today that my gym serves protein shakes with 80g protein and 2000 calories for just $7. Is this like a dream come true, or what lol. What do you guys think about shakes with 2000 calories?
From what they told me, if you drink it too fast, it could **** with your stomach. While I'm not sure exactly how fast is too fast, it definitely seems like it is worth testing out.

All I know is if I am going to eat 2000 calories in one meal then it better be a really freakin good cheat meal because I would never have a 2000 calorie gainer shake with mega sugar in it...
A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.

lets do the math:
80g protein= 320 cals
55g sugar= 220 cals
thats 540 cals...so where is the extra 1460 cals coming from. Are there some complex carbs thrown in there too or do the gym guys throw in some massive amounts of peanut butter to up the cals...?A king may move a man, a father may claim a son.
