I lift 3 days a week(Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
I am pretty much lifting for mass and for baseball.
I do 14 exercises with only 1 set and 8-12 reps.
I try to lift as much weight as I can for those 8-12 reps.
If I go past 12 then I add weight the next time I lift.
Exercises I do.(I lift at home, not at a gym, so I don't have too much to work with)
Leg Extensions 8-12x
Upright Rows 8-12x
Bench Press 8-12x
Tricep Extensions 8-12x
Standing Calf Raises usually like 75x w/ dumbells
Floor Pikeups do more each time
Wall Sit add time each workout
Barbell Wrist Curls while sitting on chair around 50
Shoulder Shrugs around 50
Halfway Crunches(go up halfway and move around or whatever) go up each time i workout
Flyes w/ dumbells go up each time i workout
Concentration Curls go up each time i workout
Triceps Neck Extensions(dumbell behind neck) go up each time i workout
Barbell Bicep Curls 8-12x
Like I said, I only lift 3 days a week. All I am taking is Whey Protein and Ultra Vita Man vitamins. I take vitamins and the protein drink once a day, except on workout days I take them twice.
I think that's about it. I just finished 3 weeks of lifting. Starting on the 4th today, but I haven't seen as much improvement as I've wanted to.

My workout good enough?
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed." - Michael Jordan

Overall I think thats pretty good. There are a few things I would change though. I think thats too many exercises to do in one day. Here are some I would drop. Leg Extension, Wall Sit, Concentration Curls, and Floor Pike ups. I would get rid of those because most of those are isolation exercises. Also, the wall sit and floor pike ups don't use weights, right?? You can do those on some other day for like conditioning. I still think that would probably be too many exercises to do in one day so maybe come up with a split.

I got the only 1 set thing from the artice 3 Day Workout For Mass! or whaever it was. School will be starting back up like the 26th, so I don't think I will have enough time to lift more than 3 days a week.
