Question About Flyes
hey guys just a quick question.. tell me what would happen to your chest or what would your chest look like if the only exercises you did for ure chest was flyes ?

actually you could probably get a full chest and probably a good amount of strength with flyes alone. but youd have to hit it from several different angles and mix cable, db and machine flyes.
but then, who would ever skip pressing, and an even bigger ?, why?

i just do flyes after a good chest workout mainly for stretching my chest. idk though.
