too many aches = overtraining??

I'm gradually building up a list of small annoying problems,

1.im getting real bad blisters on my feet from all the cv in the gym plus im walking everywhere i go what can i do?

2. my hamstring feels real tight after about an hr of cv and i try to just work through it is this wrong?

3. since working my way up on squats my left knee aches quite a bit and if i sleep on my front in bed it kills in the morning, dr cant tell me what it is

4. my elbows hurt when i do dips and lock out

5. i keep waking up with cramps in my legs and sometimes shoulders

6. when i push myself and lift as heavy as i can i get a shooting pain go through my head and then get a migrane, is this dehydration, blood pressure or something

am i falling apart??? should i take a break or what cuz im scared that if i slow down i'll get weak and soft and depressed.

1. You can get this 2nd skin bandage that goes on top of blisters to keep them from being so painful. Works pretty good, I forget what it's called, something like beaver skin or gopher skin...

2. You need to stretch and warm up properly prior to any CV activity. If you haven't developed a sweat on your brow during your warm up than your not warm enough.

3. Probably patello femoral syndrome, this could be due to not going down far enough on your squats causing your muscles to develope unevenly and pull on your knee caps. Check my post in the link below.

4. Don't lock out, never lock out on any exercise.

5. Are they turning cramps like charlie horses? Eat more bananas and stretch before bed.

6. Good question but if you think it's dehydration than try hydrating better before working out. Remember, by the time your thirsty your already dehydrated.

Not falling apart, it's just part of the game. If you feel you need to take a break than do it or you can try changing your routine a bit to give your body a break.
Good luck

Because of my stand against the war in Iraq. I was in a bad place with bad people, left me a little bitter.
For the water, pace yourself. Don't try to drink it all at onces. Still your not drinking enough.
You're 130 you need about 65 ounces (2 liters) of water a day (minimum) more if your physically active.
Don't overhydrate! Listen to your body, when it says enough than that's enough. It's rare but hyperhydration can be fatal. If you're peeing clear than you're drinking enough. Maybe sub out a couple ounces of water with gatorade, you might be lacking electrolytes
