if your diet is in order, yes.
some trainees, do arms 3 times in an 8day span.
it all depends bro, the key word here is SOME people.
currently, im on a specialized MVT program, actually, 2day is my last workout on it, finally, 8 weeks is done!
but , the program had me training arms, one exercise, different technique every other workout.
i.e.,, monday-incline db curls,wendesday-alternating db curls, friday-bb curls.

yes, i'd say yes to 3, 4, 5 times a week, if you are up to it, if you feel fine, and able, but not if your really sore, i do everything 2 a week, as i have a 2 day HITish style workout, Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/Friday
I do hit every muscle as hard as i can doing most sets to failure, but im young and new relativly new to full on bbing so i recover fast.

^^ I disagree in a big way
This is just a suggestion:
hit your chest and back early in the week(like chest monday and back tuesday), then dedicate 1 day later in the week(friday) to your arms, and really hit them hard.
when you do anysort of pushing excercise (like a bench press) your triceps are hard at work. same goes for pulling and biceps. IMO this is a great way to build up your armsLast edited by JoeD 4640; 05-06-2005 at 01:17 PM.

^^^ wowza
fuk nice arms man.We don't notice any time pass
we don't notice anything
we sit side by side in every class
teacher thinks that I sound funny
but she likes the way you sing
Tonight I'll dream while in my bed
when silly thoughts go through my head
about the bugs and alphabet
and when I wake tommorow I'll bet
that you and I will walk together again
I can tell that we're going to be friends
