    balance?

    man i got really bad balance!! i cant even do squats without being uncomfortable, can you give me some advice on how to greatly increase my balance!
    i just want to be the best beast i can be, make the INCREDIBLE PLAYS, PIN that wrestler, and jsut be crazy

    You need to read up on and work on your core strength and flexibility and lower the weight if its too high.
