well after i lost almost half my size i start doing Max-OT workout , now am on week6 and today i got my Lemon Xtend tub so i went to gym today and am kinda happy i got something new to support me
What i did :-
7 scoops in the shaker with 600 ml water and i keep refilling the water once i reach 300 ml untill i finshed my wrokout
then i did 3 scoops with another 600ml as a post workout drink
my workout today was :
-chest-
Barbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell press
Cable Crossover
- front Shoulders -
Smith Machine Overhead Shoulder Press
Arnold Dumbbell Press
Front Dumbbell Raise

-Speed Recovery.
-Enhance ATP production and promote cell volumization.
-Decrease muscle breakdown and cortisol levels.
-Avoid fatigue by blocking entry of fatigue-inducing tryptophan into the brain.
-Increase protein synthesis, immune function and digestive health.
-Promote vasodilation which can lead to better assimilation and absorption of protein.
-Elevate growth hormone levels.

well i cant tell by the first day but one thing am sure 100% ( Speed Recovery. ) before when i do chest + front Shoulders 90% i get pain in my arms but today nothing i feel like i didnt even hit the gym so i give this 10/10
