How many carbs would be in a whey protein powder based on low, medium(average) or high? I was talking about this but i have nothing to base on how many grams per serving would be considered low medium and high.

For a whey only protein shake- 0 g is low, 1-2 g is medium and 5+ is high IMO.

Go with an isolate which is almost always 0, but IMO 1-3 carbs is fine , in anyones diet it should not make a diff. Also look for any added malto etc which is useless when they put it into powders
