Spinning (question)

Is spinning a good form of cardio when on a bulk and trying to keep muscle while keeping your heart good and healthy. Also ... how many calories do you burn and what muscle groups does it work??? How long should one go for to keep bodyfat and heartrate good.

dunno. but you should keep at about 75-85% of your max HR for a least 30 mins.

It depends how hard you go..it mainly hits your thighs. When I do the stationary bike for an hour I can burn up to 800 cals but I keep it pretty intense but if you keep your heart rate at 65% or higher you can expect to burn roughly 450-500 an hour if I remember correctly

hit up some elliptical training. If you kick up your heart rate and really push it you can easily burn 800-1200 calories. I shoot for at least that for an hour on an elliptical machine. I have been using that more because of bad knees. (low impact training)
