Grape Juice & Creatine HELP
Alright, i read this article on this site that said take creatine with water or grape juice, so i went out and got grape juice. But, another article said dont take it with anything that has any kind of acid in it, and the grape juice has ascorbic acid in it, so what should i do?

either one works from my experience. but, grape juice sure helps with the taste.

sounds suspiciously like a muscletech ad that said dont take with grape juice. Let me guess it also said that it will also make you fat if you take it with grape juice.

oh my God all this time i thought stomach acid was more powerful than asorbic acid!!!!! God forbid if i put my creatine in grape juice for 2 minutes max it will destroy all hope of me ever getting use out of the creatine. oh someone help me!!
