Pre-Workout Shakes?
What are some of the better tasting (it has to work as well!) pre-workout shakes that some of you guys are using?
I currently use muscle milk during the course of the day but what I want to do is find a product to take in the form of a shake before I train in the evening.

Dextrose and Nectar is my favorite. Nectar is the only protein i've found that the flavour is enhanced by dextrose.

All the whey orange and ground raw oats are my personal favorite right now. Substance WPI grape/watermelon and raw ground oats is another awesome shake.
