awesome stuff man....my goal by the end of next year is to be where you are at now...
Currently Im 6'4 197lbs at about 12%
With Bench pressing, were you able to go fairly heavy at the start or did u struggle at that sticking point because of long arms? Im not really fused with what weight Im pushing on the nech, as long as my chest is developing, which it has been....but I have only been pushing 132lbs for 6 on my last set of flats...Then again, when I get onto a higher cal bulk diet and creatine that should healp alot with my gains.Last edited by S7R31F; 09-23-2007 at 07:56 PM.

Looking pretty large, you remind me of Ruhl in that your traps delts, and biceps are pretty big, but perhaps triceps could use a little work though?

It's kind of a glass half full/empty thing. You can either think you have really big traps and biceps, or you can look at it as your tri's lagging. Btw, I like the username. What are some of your lifting stats if you don't mind me asking?

There's something fishy about this thread. This dude looks massive, as big as me and more cut, but claims to decline bench 245, at 224lbs (or 235 in his avatar, or 245 in the thread title, who knows)? There's no way a guy that looks like that decline benches only 245. Heck, Just a couple days ago, during a SHOULDER workout, I put up 335 on decline a ton of times with no spotter, just cause I was bored.
Given, I'm a strongman dude, and this guy's a bodybuilder, but I don't buy that anyone looking like that decline presses about as much as half the girls in the gym.
Ha, you declined 245 "back when you were training for strength"? What are you doing now? 185?

Well, my biceps have always been absurdly small despite my working them out. A lot of that is just genetics.
Those are good numbers, maybe you should try to get your bench up some though, that might bring your triceps up to par. 245 does seem a bit low, even if your triceps are lagging you look like you'd do an easy 315 on bench at least.
Just a suggestion though, how much you can bench doesn't really matter since you are a BB, just like my lagging biceps don't really matter much to me since I'm a PL. Anyways, impressive physique overall!
