    Bulk or cut? Heavy but not super fat!







    I've played ice hockey for 10 years so I think most of my weight is in my legs, my calves are probably my best body part right now.


    I'm 5'11 and 207.4 lbs, a lot of people don't think I'm that heavy but I don't know what to tell them.

    Anyway should I bulk and put some muscle on, or cut now and then muscle later?

    I would say to verify with another scale. i have never seen a person with your build at 5' 11" weigh 207.

    I agree with bulking more, you would probably still look to small if you cut so I wouldn't bother wasting time cutting right now.
