contest for women
It seems to me like almost everywhere I look there isn't really any info on how women bodybuilders should get ready for a contest. I feel like there is a lot of info on how a man gets ready but not what a woman should do. If there is anyone who can help me, I'd appreciate it. I know my body has changed over the past four years and I just need some motivation from other women who have competed. Thanks

I posted my whole dieting, training, and supplement regimen from my lst 2 shows in the journal section. They are titled Nicole's Journal and Nicole's Journal II. I dieted and trained for 20 weeks for the 2 shows. If you have any other questions, pm me. Hope this helps!
