Best Gains

Hey Bro's:

I have done three cycles and looking at starting my fourth. I keep hearing that your first cycle is always the best, or test is the best for gains. The questions is:

1) What did you use for your best bulking gains

2) What cycle did you see the best gains -1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.


Maybe, I am odd, but I found the best gains from my third cycle of 500 Test Cyp and 400 Deca. I used 400 Deca for my first cycle, 400 Primo for my 2nd, but my third cycle with test and Deca has been the best so far.

The reason your third cycle was best is because your first cycle was deca alone, which isn't a great idea if you want to get it up. Your 2nd cycle was primo, which is a very week aas. And finally on your third cycle you actually did a good cycle with some test in it. That is why it was your best cycle.

just looking at what gear was used some people will say that they could've told you TEST/deca combo would have been the best of the 3.

Test/deca again would be fine at same dosage. I think one learns more about one's self after the first few so can make wiser choices on following cycles. This may have helped you. But as far as the gear, test/deca combo over deca alone or primo alone would yield greater gains.

Others have also used Test/EQ stack for leaner type gains.

Smile Good question

Well my first i gained more WEIGHT, went from 302 to 324 then back to 312....but i gained ALLOT of water weight and fat that my body burned through in the next few months before i stablized at 312, was 318 imm afer PCT.

Second cycle gained less wait, about to do PCT now, went from 312 to 332 then back down to 324 losing water/fat last 3 weeks. I am holding almost no water and feel freggin great after this cycle. AFter the first one all i could think about was getting off so that i could climb some freggin stairs, i musta been 20% bf plus tons of water at the end.

Took 6 months off in between.

first was 600 sust 400 deca /week
second was 750 enanth switch to cyp last 3 weeks.

Deca gave me MEGA water retention, mega! but man what a great mass builder.

Other factors: diet was different, ate clean with allot of carbs an protein second, first was just whatever i could shovel into my mouth when my stomach wasn't full. I think the second is going to be better honestly, test is the best guys!
