yesterday I really wanted to workout my triceps; so I did 4 isolation exersices. Today there sort of sore but not as much as I think they should be. All exersices were 4 sets of 6
45 lbs --One Arm Triceps Extension behind head (DB)
90 lbs-- One Arm Push downs (cable)
180 lbs--Two handed pushdowns (cable)
80 lbs-- One Arm (palm up) Push downs (cable)
Does anyone have this problem?
