Bulking diet, with some supplements comaprison. XTEND or Bulk BCAA with CM…
HI Everybody
First, sorry for my bad English. I hope you will understand what I want to do and give me some useful advices.
I’ll start my bulking phase soon. On this forum I found many useful threads, I got ideas for what supps should try out. I decided to try some similar stuffs, and try to compare the effects. I will try some preworkout energizers (NO), megadosing BCAA and 2 different bulk CEE. (this CEE test is just only because I ordered two different brands, I think they will be the same quality)
So, what I’m trying to compare :
XTEND vs Bulk BCAA with Bulk Citrulline Malate
NoXplode vs Reday4War vs simple L-Arginine/Ornithine
Higher Power CEE vs BN CEE
First I planned my next diet:
Protein(g) Carbs(g) Fat(g) Calories
XTEND 3 dosage 60 0 0 240
I’ll mix it with 1,5 liter water and drink it during the day.

Milk Thistle Powder (no, I never used roids pr PH s, but it doesn't hurt)

Huge amounts of proteins, from the extra BCAA. I hope my kidneys will survive.
On 1 day during the week I eat fish instead of chicken.
Before bad, sometimes I change the cottage cheese to a casein shake.
It will take 3 months.
4 weeks.: NoXplode
4 weeks.: Ready4War
4 weeks : A/O
6 weeks XTEND and HP CEE
6 weeks Bulk BCAA with CM and BN CEE
I am curious, will the more expensive stuff have better effects,results to me ?
I would appreciate any advices to my supplements plan or my diet plan.
