    training and fasting

    If you had to fast for one day for religious reasons, would you workout after you ate again or wait till the next day?

    You probably shouldn't train in a fasted state, but after you ate, you should be fine.

    And it depends on what level of fasting I'm doing. For a no-food-all-day fast, no exercise until the next day. If its a bread-and-water fast, then maybe cardio but not weights.

    I usually fast every other day, sometimes longer, and still work out during those days. I have never had any problems whatsoever so I don't think it really matters.
