I usually go to the gym in the morning but sometime run out of time. I currently do a 3 day split and if I didn't have enough time to finish my push day and went back to the gym to do some shoulders and maybe abs and cardio would that be ok or to much?

First off nice name. I have the same problem.
As to your question, when I use to have time, I use to do twice a day w/o.
There is nothing wrong with it. But there are factors that go into it.
-How long are is your w/o?
