I think you mean if you are either Ectomorphic, Mesomorphic or Endomorphic.
They all can be "ugly".
Ecto's are real skinny and must eat a lot to gain size... they have the hardest time gaining size. They have a fast metabolism
Meso's are the middle with broad shoulders they gain muscle easy and lose fat easy.
Endo's are usually round and fat but gain muscle sort of easy and strength is sort of there. But they have the hardest time dieting. They have a slow metabolism.
Usually people are a combination of both.Eternal Creatures are not so prudent.

Fortunately, I'm a meso. I can gain muscle very easily and lose fat even easier. When I'm not lazy that is rofl! But no seriously when i decided to lose weight it wasnt hard for me at all. Lost about 90 pounds in 6 months (went from 270lb to 180 12%BF). And I'm naturally muscular so it wasnt hard to lift high amounts of weight to bulk either. I walk around at 14-15% BF now. When i was 180 i was still benching over 270lbs. I will say though just as it is easy for me to lose the weight its also just as easy for me to gain it. So basically it comes down to me applying myself.

July 2009 - 180lb 12%BF
