I've thought about giving this a try before because I includes basically my 4 favorite foods. Eggs, PB, Beef and Whey lol.
I am not afraid... I was born to do this!

Seems to be a version a High protein low carb diet. Its the same stuff around the board he just repackaged it under his name. I don't know the guy, but someone on he board said it last night...Egg whites are a sin in the Keto world

So I started this diet today. I am going to cheat a bit on New Years and Christmas. I'm looking to cut some fat and keep up the strength.
To TheMeat- how have your energy levels been in the gym? Are you going to do any carb days?
Regards,
AbramsOh-oh say can you see, by the dawn's early light,
what so proudly we hailed, at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fight, or the ramparts we watched,
were so gallantly streaming.
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
gave proof through the night, that our flag was still there.
Oh-oh say does that star spangled banner yet wave,
O'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave?

When starting the diet your energy levels are kinda low but then as you go on they stabilize and you have enough. With this diet you cant do any carb days except after 2 weeks when you can have your cheat meal. Im trying carb cycling out right now, this diet works very very well if you can stick to it.
I did not lose any strength while on this diet.
The extra whites are for the protein boost only. Its mainly whole eggs though.

To the above 2 posts, your energy first starts off low but then levels off, and its back to normal after some days. My metobalism burned off calories like crazy when Im on low low carbs, its like every day my body changed and I lost weight. Plus in the gym my lifts were actually getting stronger believe it or not. I would suggest some creatine and very high quality protein for this diet. Make sure you don't give in to temptation because its very easy to get carried away.
