I am currently training my biceps after my back workout. But I am usually worn out after doing my back so I thought of doing biceps on a different day. I plan to train my biceps at home and I have access to dumbell only. The routine will be like this
Alternate db curl 4 sets
Concentration curl 3 sets
Hammer curl/Incline db curl 3 sets
Back and Bicep actually go pretty well. Doing Chinups works the back and the biceps, so if you were to do back seperately it would still work the biceps, so you'd basically be doing biceps twice a week. Your biceps will grow like crazy from weighted chins, pullups, and a lot of back movements. Just throw in a few sets of hammer curls or bicep curls after your back workout, your biceps are already being worked pretty hard from the back movements!
