    Question Different kinds of abs exercises work different parts of the stomach?

    There are exercises that target the upper abs, lower abs an obliques separatly.

    actually all ab exercises work the entire ab section. but when u modify them, they put more stress on certain areas. lyk bench for example, when u do it on an incline, ur still working ur entire chest, but MORE stress is being put on the upper chest.
