Okay, so at the moment I am trying to eat a meal every three hours, but my appetite is too large! For example, for breakfast I have a large bowl of oatmeal that completely fills me up, I feel stuffed. Within 30-60 minutes I felt hungry again, but I waited it out three hours and had my lunch - very large sandwich packed with tuna and vegetables, with some fruit and nuts on the side. Filled me up again. And again, I feel hungry within an hour.
Should I try eating every 2 hours instead of every 3? If so, smaller portions or not?
Or should I stick with what I am doing with larger portions.
Or should I stick with what I am doing and just wait the appetite out?
PS. I only have appetite for healthy foods like bread, pasta, meats... this isn't some chocolate craving.
PPS. I'm 5'9", 135lb skinny ass.

many bodybuilders eat on schedule, not when there hungry,
so if they have to eat every 2 hours, hungry or not, they eat their big chicken breasts. or whatever it may be,
this way they know there eating enough and getting the right amount of nutrients etc.."when your not training, your opponent is, and when you meet him, he will beat you"

Dude..if you can eat every hour go for it.
I normally eat when im hungry, and if it goes beyond 3 hours (which is rare, only in the morning) then i'll force some food down.
Eat if you're hungry, its instinct.

I suppose I'll write myself up a new meal plan for eating every hour or two and stick to it.
Thanks for the advice, everyone.

I would except I think it may just be appetite, not real hunger. I just ate a huge fry up - beans, potato, bacon, sausages, eggs, everything... I'm already craving food within half an hour.
I suppose I'll write myself up a new meal plan for eating every hour or two and stick to it.
Thanks for the advice, everyone.
it gives u a heart problem instead.
