Startin out...... TRANSFORMATION!
Hey all, this is the first thread I've started here at BB.com...... I've been working with Louis Dorman via e-mail to get myself into shape. Currently I've sstarted using whey, creatine, flax, and multi-vitamins.
My diet consists of 6 meals..... mostly high protein and fiber.
Workout consists of 4 days on, 3 off.
DAY 1: Legs
DAY 2: Chest & Bis
DAY 3: Back & Tri
DAY 4: Calves and Shoulder
Abs are 3 days a week. and I follow every weight session up with 45 mins of cardio.
So far, I've lost about 20lbs.
I'm attaching some before pics.... and some pics from the Arnold of me and Layne, Derek, and Louis.
Also, if any of you guys are from Ohio, I want to know..... cause I'm lookin for some kick-@$$ guys to hang with!
PS: Don't mind the mess!

Are you sure your a teen?, you look much older, and if i were you i'd go 100% full cardio, for a LONG time, get all that fat nearly gone, then its time to think about muscle, but its almost useless lifting weights when your in that kind of shape.

19 years old......... born March 11, 1986.
I'm just following the plan that was put together for me.
Purpose of the thread is to let you guys see my starting point..... and I'll keep the boards up to date
There is no reason for me to just stop lifting weights and add on tons more cardio. I've read up and as I lift weights and adding muscle, I'm also burning some excess fat.

I don't think there's anything wrong with doing back/tris and chest/bis. I do it myself. Just because it puts alternating muscles together doesn't make it ineffective. I find I can do more targeted arm work if I split my workout like that.

lifting weights will only help him lose weight by increasing his metabolism.

I don't think that's entirely true because don't you deplete your glycogen stores when you workout and if you hadn't caused this depletion it would have been stored as fat if left unused so in essence hes preventing or atleast minimizing future fat loss and all the while he's doing cardio which is burning existing fat, and he'd be gaining muscle which would increase the amount of calories he can eat without storing fat.

It probably wouldn't be very efficent to do ab work at the weight he is currently at because it would be very difficult to get a full contraction.

AnTIDeath...
You can work your abs like 6 times a week and they would fully recover.. they are just like your calves they recover MUCH quicker then the rest of your body..
