Supplements:
- Centrum multivitamin
- Flax Seed Oil
- Dymatize Elite Pro Whey
- Creatine Monohydrate (only for the last month)
- All you can eat taco night every Monday hahaha
Routine:
M: Arms
T: Abs
W: Chest
T: Abs
F: Back and shoulders
S: Legs (I was kinda lazy about my legs lately)
S: Off
I switched workouts every few weeks to confuse my muscles, and I did very heavy weight, 3 sets, 4-6 reps before failing. I would do low weight/high reps every few weeks too. Just to change it up.
I think, if I had to guess, that I have about a 20 lb. gut.- Matt

Research for cutting now, spend time doing it, it will be worth it. Every string of muscle you preserve through a cut you won't have to rebuild later.
Yes you gained a lot of great mass, definitely a lot of muscle there so all the respect to you and congrats on that. But, you went overboard with the eating. Cut the cals, keep up the protein intake and increase cardio. Lift hard and you will keep most of the precious muscle.
Research & lay out a plan so you go slow and easy on removing pound for pound of fat and just fat!

Thanks again everyone...yeah, I'm trying to get a good cutting routine together...people are a little wary to give advice in the cutting fat forum. They did give me a few tips.
Yes, I'm completely natural...I would NEVER touch any kind of steroid. I'm way too afraid...I won't even take aspirin unless I'm in terrible, terrible pain.
Here is my current cutting diet:
(Lots of water and green tea throughout day)
Meal 1 - 7:30 AM
Breakfast: 1 Centrum Multivitamin, 1 Flax Seed Oil Caplet, 1 cup of kashi in 8 oz. of skim milk, 4 egg whites (with a small piece of chicken or turkey diced in) and hot sauce
Meal 2 - 9:45 AM
1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Pro Whey Protein in 8 oz of skim milk
Meal 3 - 1:00 PM
Lunch: 4 slices of lean turkey breast on whole wheat bread with spicy dark mustard
Meal 4 - 3:00 PM
1 banana, fat free beef jerkey
Meal 5 - 5:00 PM Dinner:
Lean meat (chicken, turkey), or another turkey sandwich...with vegetables (usually corn, zucchini or spinach)
Meal 6 - 7:00 PM
1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Pro Whey Protein in 8 oz of skim milk
Meal 7 - 9:00 PM
2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread
Meal 8 - 11:00 PM
1 scoop of Dymatize Elite Pro Whey Protein in 8 oz of skim milk
Cals: 2230
Fat (g): 49
Carbs (g): 135
Prot (g): 233
I'll be doing cardio in the mornings on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and I will keep lifting the same way I have been. Any advice would be great (I know it's the wrong forum)- Matt
