Backstage pump
I was just wondering what kind of moves you guys using bands do to pump up backstage? I never use bands so i was curious of what you all have found works the best for various bodyparts.

I've never used the bands. There were freeweights backstage at my last comp. I just used them. But I was doing mostly bicep curls, lat raises & working my delts a bit.

I like to use the DB's, but don't rely on them and bring your bands - there are often not enough to go around. I only do side laterals, shoulder presses and rear delt rows.

I always bring my bands as the limited amount of dumbbells backstage are pretty popular and sometimes hard to get your hands on. Also, if this is your first show, remember, you do not need to pump up your legs. Good luck!

i do some side raises/presses/bent raises to get my delts pumped up and bent rows to get my lats/back a little pump. I prefer db's over resistance bands.

ok, so backstage was kinda crazy for me, in between the bikini bite and gettin oiled up it was def hard to even get a chance to pump up!!
I did use a little bit of dumbbells to pump my back up a bit, the rest i used bands and focused on shoulders. thanks everyone for your help!!
