So my starting Testosterone levels were 397ng (330-365ng for 3 blood tests b4)
now 12 weeks into deletestry i am 412ng!!!?? last month i was just over 512ng, still not gr8!!

i thought for sure starting at the 300 mark i would of been over 600ng??

Hey there phats, good to see you on here as well. Sorry to hear about the results, that sucks. Are you on 300mg a week of deletestryl and still only at 412 ng/dl?

Some things to consider, were you on any TRT before the deletestryl? Because if not, I'd say the culprit here is just your natural T production slowly shutting down over the 12 weeks. If you were on TRT before, then that probably isnt the case since you wouldve been shut down long ago.

Another thing, what were your previous estradiol readings? Surely the shots have caused that to increase but perhaps in the beginning you were getting more T and less E out of the dose, and now you are converting much more to E leaving you with a lower serum T level.

Lastly, bioavailable T looks pretty good, and afterall that is what really counts isnt it? No sense in pumping in more test just to raise the total level when 98% of it will be bound up and of no use, or converted to E or DHT. Maybe I'm wrong about that but I would care more about bioavailable than total....how do you feel now?

i feel pretty good....i have had 3 sexual issues tho in the past month, so something is a miss..

hae not been on TRT before this, and i am on 100mg/wk... the 300 i mentioned was my test levels...thinking i should of got more than a 50 point jump

my estradiol was 78 at the start, then on 50mg twice a week it was 104 i believe, then i went to just one shot at 100mg/wk and its 102..

i realize the range is not what u guys are used too, but i have wrote everything to man on my blood test and i keep getting the same numbers.. <220

Yeah I dont really know how to compare that E2 reading to the one we use here. In the range here, if you jumped 20 points in E2, that is usually not good unless you were very low to start, so you may wanna look into that. As I'm sure you know E2 plays a huge role in your sexual experiences.

As far as your T dropping I think it's just your natural production going bye-bye. Mine did the same. Before TRT (1 tube of Testim) I was 177 ng/dl and after 5 weeks on TRT I was 118 ng/dl. So in terms of shots I would have been shooting about 50mg a week. Obviously a low dose that shut me down and replaced it with less than what I started with. The same may be happening with you.

One more thing, when was blood drawn in respect to your shot? Was it at the same interval as the 512 reading last month?

So your E2 is actually right about where it should be. The dropping T HAS to be from natural shutting off. You may be one of the guys who needs 200mg a week....or 500mg depending on your goals . I think you're in a good spot, you have good SHBG and E2, good triglycerides, good CHOL, good bioavailable T, and you feel pretty good. I think once you nail the right dose of T you will go from feeling pretty good to feeling great. Keep me updated.

curious.. b4 i started treatment DHEA was 8.2umol 337ng(2.8-18) then 5 weeks in it dropped to 6.1..which i THINK may be 250ng (120-520), (not sure if i converted correct or not...

what would your take on the lowish DHEA levels????

Same thing as natural T production stopping I believe. When you take exogenous testosterone I think it's possible to shut down DHEA as well. From what I understand, that is why Dr. John likes pregnenolone cream because it backfills the hormonal pathway. This diagram may be helpful:
