I started my diet of mainly oats, wheat, protein, veggies ... no sugar or junk
i'm thinking the OATS are the main problem. I ate raw rolled oats multiple times in one day ... I could NOT stop farting. i still can';t

You've got it right about eating oats NashEQ. I've recently had a craving for eating dry oats straight out of the box. The following day is an absolute nightmare for anybody around me.
Not sure why though. Possibly it's the fibre content or the body has a hard time breaking the oats down in the gut. One thing I do know is that there's no risk of being constipated the next day. I swear it all came out in one go, unbroken and was well over 1ft in length, coiled around the toilet bowl. I swear I nearly called my G/F in to admire my handy work!!!

Most bodybuilding foods are high in sulfur: Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Broccoli, Whole Grains, Nuts, Whey, Amino Acids, etc. All high-sulfur foods, causing an excess of gas. Combine all of them in a clean body building diet, and it's disastrous, everything we eat is high in sulfur, making us not only fart, but fart really bad, especially when we're getting adequate calories, and not cutting.
I just deal with it, and take it as a good sign that my diet is where it should be, and my caloric intake is at a good level.
Might try some gas pills?It's only after we've lost everything, that we're free to do anything.

I had terrible farts when I had to much fibre lmao, man did it ever smell, especially during cardio mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn holy hell try doing HIIT on a treadmill when all this was going on I feel bad for others who were beside me bahaha,
for me to deal with it I just eat alot less broccoli (put only a few small stalks in every meal) / very little onions = problem solved
