Hi,
My shoulder blades (a.k.a. the scapulas I think) stick out about an inch away from my back. It's mostly in the bottom corner near my backbone. I don't know if it's "winged scapula" because it's not that bad, it's just noticable. Does anyone know what this is or if I can fix it with some kind of an exercise or something? Thanks

before i started lifting i had 2 huge points sticking out of my back, it was very unique to do with my scapula bone, after 2+ years lifting they are of course still there but after building up traps and back in general they are invisable now and love drowned out in muscle..
point of the story, muscle mass will hide bonesMy journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5662511

Hey,
Thanks for all the responses so far! I went to exrx.net and I found a few exercises and stretches that they said would help make my Serratus Anterior stronger. The exercises were Incline Shoulder Raise and Cable Row. The stretches were Pectoralis Minor Stretch and Wall Lat Stretch. Does anyone know if these would work or if there are other things I should do instead of/along with these? Thanks
