it's just the angle of the shot... Triple H has great upper arm mass, but his forearm development need work!

actually HHH has competed in bodybuilding, and does consider himself a bodybuilder. It is obvious that he does care how he looks, he has the best physique in the world wrestling federation! If he didnt care he'd look like the Big show or something!
