I had a friend's wedding this past weekend and my brother's wedding is this coming weekend. I am letting the wedding days be my cheats. Even when I cheat I am curious to "how bad" I'm cheating LoL. My question is, about how many calories are in drinks? At this last wedding I had about 2 beers, 2 Cosmos, a Rum and Coke, a Sex on the Beach, and sips here and there of others drinks. I know drinking is just horrible empty calories. I rarely drink and am just wondering calories and how it will/could affect my weight loss goals?
