What is the difference between ON 100% Whey and the 100% Gold Standard version? Which would you recommend? thanks

from a quick look, it looks like not much more than a slightly larger serving. I'd stick with the ON 100% whey (not the gold standard). It still seems to be on of the best for you money to me, in terms of taste, mixability, and protein content :thumbsup:
