Chest/Biceps won't grow, but shoulders will, food related?

Assuming that food=muscle growth, is it possible that I'm not eating enough if my shoulders are growing uncontrollably, but my chest and biceps wont?

sounds like i would think just the opposite. sounds like it's your routine for chest/bis. sounds like you have a good shoulder routine and your chest/bis routine is lacking or your are overtraining.

Logically, I don't really see how that would make sense. The point of food is the intake of nutrients for your body, but I can't think how it would 'target' certain areas of your body. If there was a correlation present between your diet and your problem, it seems like that would imply that your shoulders are getting more nutrients than your chest/biceps.

Just my take on that, but I doubt that it is food related. Switch up your exercises to try different methods, and be sure you aren't overtraining.

What's your BF%? Maybe you just can't see the pecs growing underneath some fat. (I sure can't... Yet.) As for the biceps, I get good results with preacher curls.
