ps, I did arms early today so they were demolished by the time I took these pics (excuses excuses, I know)
and I was also looking at some other people's pictures and I'll work on bringing my elbows up higher in future pictures

Thanks bro. In these pics (tonight) I'm about 192-195...and I was 207 just a week and a half ago...I started cutting slowly, but 16 hour days of work/school have kind of made me drop a little in weight. Now I'm going to slowly start bulking, and I do mean SLOWLY.

Thank you your comments guys it's nice to see i'm making progress from other people's perspective.
To those who asked I do high intensity running once a week about 3 miles (and I mean HIGH intensity) and also hit the heavy bag once a week or once every week and a half. For abs, it depends, usually I do them once a week. Last month I went doing them only once the entire month, this month I did them twice a week.
My workout is a 5 day split circuit and my diet is fairly lenient. I have one day a week where I eat whatever I want (today...wohoooo), 2-3 cheat meals through out the week, and one day where I carbload (usually legs day). Oh, and normally it's high fat, high protein, medium carbs (once week, usually I do low carbs - my day off)

thanks guys 
scrambo, I'm putting on weight, but I'm doing it slowly because I want to stay at this body fat. I was at 210 like 2 and a half weeks ago but i cut back down
phil, I don't know how big my arms are, honestly I've never measured them, but I've talked to people with 18" arms and mine are significantly bigger then theirs (those are bad pics of arms, I'll post some new one later)
as for max in bench, squat and dead, I don't know, I haven't gone for 1 rpm max in years. I did however do 2-3 sets of each the past few months. for bb bench i got 315x2, for deadlift i got 405x2 (i hurt my back doing it so now I just do high reps of 135 and 225 and will stick to this for a few more months..so it's been 7 months or something like that since i did 405x2). and for squat I honestly don't know, the highest I've gone is 365x5
here's the last pic i'm going to post for the next couple of months i think, I've never done one of these so I thought it would be cool (ps, I'm not really that pale..it was just the sun coming in from the blinds)
