I think I really hurt my lower back when I was squatting a week ago, I bent too far forward and my lower back had a sharp pain, i bailed and called it quits and never finished. I felt fine the next day, proceeded with a different workout. no pains whatsoever. 3 days later im on my back workout, and I as im warming up i do 160lb 6 times, and my abdomen just starts burning right near the pelvic area.
i was wondering if I was going to take it or just quit, i was scared that i had injured myself worse than I thought from the squats so i quit that too. really sucked. few days later (now) i worked and was shovelling, nothing wrong, but at the end of the day my lower back is sore again.
I think i injured myself, but not sure how bad. should I stop my leg/back workouts? do i stay away from them until my back stops aching or wait til well after it stops giving me these small pains? hating that i wont be doing deadlifts this week
